What this site is

An advertising and booking service that connects Pittsburgh-area homeowners with an independent dead-animal removal operator. Calling the number, submitting the form, or otherwise using the site means you accept these terms.

The job itself is between you and the operator

Once the operator calls you back, price, scheduling and the scope of the work are agreed directly between the two of you. They handle payment and invoicing, and any disagreement about the work itself is between you and them — this site is not a party to that arrangement.

Nothing on this site is a quote

Where a page describes what affects price, it is describing the variables the operator weighs, not committing to a number. The figure that matters is the one you are given after the operator hears the specifics of your job.

Coverage is not a guarantee

The service area page describes where jobs are typically placed based on who is covering the region at the time. An address inside that area is one we expect to be served, not one we can promise will be taken on any particular day, and no arrival time is committed to in advance.

Accuracy of what is published

Anything stated here about the City of Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, PennDOT or Pennsylvania law reflects those sources as understood at the time it was written. Rules and contact points change — confirm directly with the agency named before relying on it.

Limits on liability

The site is provided as-is. It is not responsible for work an operator does or does not perform, or for a decision made based on what is published here. Nothing in these terms removes any right under Pennsylvania or federal law that cannot be waived by agreement.
