Also recorded automatically: the page the form was submitted from, the first page you landed on when you arrived at this site, where that visit came from, and any campaign tags carried in the link — this is how we tell which pages are actually producing calls worth answering.

Information a phone call takes in

Calls to the number on this site pass through a call-tracking service and are recorded after a notice plays. What is kept: the number you called from, when you called, how long the call ran, and the recording itself.

Where it goes

The independent operator covering the Pittsburgh area, who is paying for the leads this site sends and who calls you back; the people operating this site; and the hosting, form-handling and call-tracking vendors that make the site and phone line work. None of it is sold to advertisers or data brokers.

What is stored in your browser

No advertising or tracking cookies are set. One small item in session storage remembers the first page you arrived on for that browsing session, and it clears itself when the tab closes.

Having it deleted

Details from a call or a form submission are kept only as long as they are useful for arranging and paying for the work, then removed. To ask for something to be deleted sooner, reach out through the contact page using the same number you originally called or submitted from.
